Fitting the kitchen units, furniture and appliances: provide your own (manual/instructions required) or use our trade-only suppliers of quality kitchen furniture and fittings.

Flooring of your choice, including underfloor heating installation.

We also carry out stand-alone plumbing projects, including central heating installations, water tank replacements, cold and hot water pipe systems, boiler installations and similar - get in touch to inquire about those.

How we work
Everything starts with an estimate. We will usually come and visit you on site in order to discuss your needs and make sure the scale and any difficulties of the project are clear. Please note that although the initial quote is usually free, Experterra reserves the right to charge a call-out fee in some cases (redeemable against the cost of the commissioned project). If this is the case, it will be clearly indicated in our initial communication.
Once everything about the project is clear, we will provide you with a binding quote, which will be what you finally pay, unless you request changes during the project. We will always let you know what the extra cost is before commencing additional work. Robert will personally manage and work on your project. When required, Robert is supported by our trusted and reliable regular partners: STARTAGEN (certified electrician Colin Matthews) and Tom Mowic (Gas-Safe certified plumber Tomasz Mordasewicz), as well as a specialist bathroom stonemasons.
This way, you will not need to hire separate tradespeople to deal with electrics, plumbing or stonework. All the workmanship is guaranteed for three years. This warranty does not cover faults caused by improper use or defects due to external factors such as subsidence or traffic vibrations.
